Rider Pilates

Posture dysfunction, muscle imbalance, asymmetry and inflexible joints can adversely affect your riding performance and alter your horse’s form and function. Pilates is a great way to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility and symmetry when in the saddle, allowing your horse to move seamlessly with you.

Infinity and Beyond Rider Pilates membership classes are currently running on Zoom live each Monday at 8pm, with classes recorded and available online so you can catch up whenever suits you!

The membership includes weekly live classes, online catch up, additional pre-recorded classes and a whole lot of extra Pilates goodness to enhance your riding.
