Rider Pilates

Posture dysfunction, muscle imbalance, asymmetry and inflexible joints can adversely affect your riding performance and alter your horse’s form and function. Pilates is a great way to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility and symmetry when in the saddle, allowing your horse to move seamlessly with you.

Classes are currently running on Zoom live each Tuesday at 7pm, with classes recorded and available in the private class group so you can catch up whenever suits you!
